Chairman and Director at World Gaming Resign

Online gambling company World Gaming, which is listed in London, announced on Monday the resignation of its chairman and director.

James Grossman, nonexecutive chairman, and Clare Roberts, nonexecutive director, handed in their notice at a board meeting last Thursday, it said.

'The company thank Mr. Grossman and Mr. Roberts for their contribution over recent years and will make announcements regarding replacements in due course,' World Gaming said in a statement. It did not give a reason for the resignations.

Listed on the Alternative Investment Market, World Gaming has offices in Antigua, London and Vancouver.
