Net Entertainment Signs New License

Online casino turnkey provider, Net Entertainment, has signed a license agreement with Glimmer Ltd. The agreement will see Net Entertainment provide Glimmer Limited with its CasinoModule online gambling system for 2008.

Glimmer is well known in the land-based casino industry, giving them an advantage as they adjust to the online gambling world. The company is ready to expand its operations with the help of Net Entertainment throughout 2008.

Chief Executive Officer for Net Entertainment, Johan Ohman, said, "The fact that we have signed 18 new license agreements during 2007 demonstrates the strength of Net Entertainments offering."

"Last year was a fantastic year where we managed to sign up a number of key operators and our continued investments in research and development have given us the competitive edge we need to secure our position as the number one casino software provider," he added.

Once the new agreement was announced, shares of Net Entertainment had risen to 1.88 percent to SEK16.30 at 11 CET in Stockholm, Sweden, where the company is based. Net Entertainment began in 1996 and is now a market leader in browser based gaming software, and more than 40 operators use the CasinoModule online gambling system.
